A racecar fabrication and setup company, M1 Fabrication & Development (M1FD) required an Internet presence that accented and conveyed its company image. Our design was one of simplicity and feeling, letting the content speak for itself.

Original studio photographs were arranged and taken of a carefully selected arrangement of common fabrication items (L) and of a Toyota Formula One racecar brake setup (R). The fabrication items, although not instantly recognizable to all users, were selected so that their shape, size, and color accented one another. The overall image thus gave a clean, mechanical feeling that spoke more about the company's background and philosophy than could a series of too-lengthy paragraphs.

Finishing off the splash homepage was a design that centered around the M1FD logo and featured an easy mouse interaction.
